Do you know a deserving diva who you would like to
nominate for a smile makeover valued at up to $20,000?
Email us 250 words or less about the diva you would like to
nominate before October 31st, 2009 and tell us why she
deserves her smile made over. Please include a photo of your
nominees smile.
The special lady chosen for this complete smile makeover will
also be featured in Gwinnett Magazine's special 2010 Diva
Issue!
Criteria for this award will be seriousness of dental needs,
current life situation and the character of the nominee.
The Deserving Diva will also get customized skin treatments from
Cheney Davis of The Cauble Center for Skin Care.
Treatment may include: Botox, Dermal Fillers, Microdermabrasion,
